NVMM offers free yoga and Jiu Jitsu classes as part of their resilience and wellness program -- bringing civilians and veterans together through fitness. Offered Thursdays a 6 pm and Sundays at 9 am, NVMM's yoga classes are a rejuvenating way to refresh in their sun-filled lobby. Their free Jiu Jitsu program is offered in NVMM's own dedicated Jiu-Jitsu space.
