Yoga and cardio at Columbus Commons
Every Tuesday and Wednesday through September

With an expansive outdoor lawn, Columbus Commons offers free yoga and cardio with classes four times a week.

Yoga and Jiu Jitsu at National Veteran’s Memorial and Museum
Multiple days per week (check website)

NVMM offers free yoga and Jiu Jitsu classes as part of their resilience and wellness program — bringing civilians and veterans together through fitness. Offered Thursdays a 6 pm and Sundays at 9 am, NVMM’s yoga classes are a rejuvenating way to refresh in their sun-filled lobby. Their free Jiu Jitsu program is offered in NVMM’s own dedicated Jiu-Jitsu space.

November Project at Genoa Park
Every Wednesday at 5:14 and 6:14 am

This fun, mega-supportive group meets at the deer statue every Wednesday morning for a free workout on the Genoa Park steps. They have classes at 5:14 am and 6:14 am. Catch the sunrise and get a great workout in.
