Every third Wednesday of the month, 6 pm

Find your zen alongside the topiaries with Capital Crossroads and Discovery SIDs “Wellness Wednesdays”. Offering a different activity each week, enjoy slow-flow with RawYoga614 every third Wednesday. 

Free Yoga at National Veterans Memorial and Museum

Every Sunday, 9 am

Bask in the stunning sun-soaked atrium of the museum with totally-free morning yoga every Sunday morning. Each week, certified yoga teachers will lead each class, open to all (veterans and civilians).
