This year, immerse yourself in the expanded lights, holiday decor, projection shows, a seasonal mural, plus all kinds of special holiday events. Plus — when you waddle over to the Scioto Mile, you may even spot some glowing penguins 🐧

River South Booze & Boos Walking Tour

**AGE: 21+**

*Your ticket is your email receipt*

Visit a historic tavern, other venues we haven’t visited since the bus Tour days and take in some spirits while hearing tales of those who have not gone quietly into death.

Start Time: 7PM

Running Time: 2 1/2 hours

Distance: Mile and a half

You will receive a detailed welcome email at least 48 hours before your tour.

CMA After Hours: Rest & Relaxation

CMA is open LATE every Thursday with $5 general admission. From 5:00–9:00 PM, enjoy dinner and drinks in the café, explore the galleries, shop in the store, and more.

Tickets are $10 for members, $15 for nonmembers

Unwind with a soothing yoga session led by Replenish Well & The Yoga Carriage. Enhance your experience with a custom CMA intention card, guiding you through a mindful exploration of our galleries.
 
Ticket includes the yoga session and museum admission. Special non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase in Schokko Café.

COSI After Dark: Y2K

Get ready to party like it’s 1999 again… at COSI After Dark: Y2K! On December 12, join us for a night mixed with nostalgia and futuristic fun as we celebrate the turn of the Millennium! With activities like making friendship bracelets and gaming on classic consoles, this will be a night to remember! Enjoy special science demos, custom drinks, and awesome grub during the party, and stay until the end of the celebration for a special surprise.

COSI After Dark: Y2K event is December 12, 7pm – 10pm, doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $20/person in advance or $30/person at the door.

Cheers to fan-favorite craft cocktails AND sleighing your at-home bar game with their limited-time seasonal glassware for sale 🎅 But what really takes the sugar plum cake is the giant igloo in the center of the space 🧊❄️ It’s snow joke — this is one holiday hangout you won’t want to miss!

🚗Paid parking is available at the Main Garage at 55 E Rich Street, which supports year-long free programming at @columbuscommons

💡Cross High Street and wander down the Town Street walkway, where you’ll spot 30 illuminated penguins and glow-in-the-dark murals. Peek into the Lazarus Building Galleria for a magical winter-esque scene and drop off your letter to Santa!

💡Keep walking down Town Street to Civic Center Drive and find a backdrop of 40 sculptural orbs surrounding the Scioto Mile Fountain.

🦋 Hop on the FREE Wanderlights Trolley Tour to each Wanderlights location PLUS @nationwidekids to see the butterfly light show on the front lawn during Festive Fridays (Dec 6, 13, 20) at Columbus Commons. Spots are limited and the trolley is first come, first serve! 

🍻 Make your holidays boozy and bright! Grab a DORA beverage to-go from a participating restaurant and sip and stroll your way through the lights 

🍽️Create a whole evening with friends and family and warm up at a local restaurant after your stroll through the lights!

🆕This is the first year for the holiday lights to expand outside of Columbus Commons to Bicentennial Park and Town Street. The program came as a direct result of the 2022 Downtown Strategic Plan, where the community asked for more free happenings to embrace the winter season!
