With the calendars turning to 2009, a new downtown landmark has opened its doors: The Columbus Downtown High School & Career Center. The location opened on January 5 and includes a restaurant, hair salon and library.
Everyone's favorite latin grill, El Arepazo, has some recently completed a renovation at its home in Pearl Alley. Be sure to check it out and grab some green sauce to take home while you're there.
The renovated Town Street is now open from High to Front Street. The street was narrowed and converted to two-ways to help make the RiverSouth District more pedestrian-friendly. Front Street is following suit as well, adding to this up-and-coming neighborhood.
