Thank you for a successful first season of The Cherry Pit!
In the late summer-fall of 2024, Downtown Columbus, Inc. transformed East Cherry Street in the 4th and Main District into a vibrant community space, complete with colorful street furniture, local art, and yard games. This public space offered the perfect spot to hang out, listen to live music, enjoy food from nearby restaurants, and sip a DORA beverage.

The Cherry Pit was located on E Cherry Street between S 4th Street and Zettler Street.
Dribble your way into the weekend with a free outdoor showing of Space Jam (1996) at The Cherry Pit!
Friday, October 11 at 8 pm (rescheduled from September 27)
This event is completely FREE, and it’s the perfect time to bring in snacks from a nearby restaurant to make it a dinner and a show type of night!
Before the movie starts, you can hang out to live music from Jonathan Hape from 6-8 pm with a DORA beverage and a round of patio pong or giant Jenga.
Enjoy live music performances from local artists. Bring your family, friends, or hang out with yourself and dance into the night in The Cherry Pit.
Musicians perform from 6 – 8 pm, Fridays and Saturdays
