DORA for Businesses

Interested in serving beverages in the Center City DORA?
Here are the qualifications.

  • Must be located within the DORA boundary (businesses whose entrance faces the right-of-way
    along the border of the boundary qualify). See map to the right.
  • Must be the holder of an A-1, A-1-A, A-1c, A-2, A-2f, or D class permit issued under Chapter 4303 of the ORC.
    "D class permit" does not include a D-6 or D-8 permit.
  • Must complete the application below.

After submitting your application, here's what to expect:

  • Your application will be reviewed.
  • You'll be connected with the Downtown Columbus, Inc. team regarding next steps.
  • If approved, your business will need to sign a Participation Agreement.
  • You will need to pay a one-time $50 DORA Participation Fee (to help cover the cost of the signage and initial supply of DORA stickers we will provide).
  • You can order stickers and access resources using the links below.

Due to the heat, all fitness classes and Lounge Nights are canceled (6/30-7/2). Due to Red, White, and Boom, the Scioto Mile Fountain will close at 6pm on Thursday, July 2, and will be completely closed on Friday, July 3. Pickleball courts will also be closed on Friday, July 3.
