Downtown Office Incentives
The Columbus Downtown Office Incentive Program helps stabilize and strengthen the downtown market and increase employment opportunities. Your company may be eligible for an office incentive if you:
- plan to relocate from outside Columbus city limits to downtown;
- hire 10 or more new employees who will work downtown.
Some requirements apply, but office incentives provide a fantastic opportunity to engage with what’s happening downtown, so don’t miss out. View the full descriptions of available incentives at the City’s Economic Development site.
Mile On High Incentive Program
This program targets retailers who wish to relocate or expand in the downtown core. The area boundaries include Spring Street to the north, Front Street to the west, Mound Street to the south, and Fourth Street to the east. Incentives include the facade improvement matching grant, job growth incentive, and micro-loan programs. View the full brochure here.
