Free Fitness Classes

Grab a couple of friends and your workout gear and head to the park for some free fitness-focused fun. These no-excuses classes feature a wide range of get-fit (and fun) activities, including Hip Hop, kickboxing, yoga, and Zumba. Choose one or all seven classes over three different days. No need to register, though a signed waiver is required.

Free Thursday Concerts: The Floorwalkers and The Spikedrivers

It's bound to be a fun-filled evening in Downtown Columbus.

 

NightLight 614: Heavyweights

The screening of an American comedy about a group of underdog kids and a fitness fanatic starts at sundown. The hanging out, however, starts much earlier for the over-21 crowd with a selection of craft brews, four wines, eight food trucks, and entertainment from NightLight’s resident DJ, Bohno.

 

Free Commons for Kids: Characters Day

Small Town Murder

What started as a hit podcast is now an on-the-road show, featuring two comedians who find hilarity in weird, true-life crimes and awful horror stories. The duo kills it on stage, delving into the details of a murderous town, the involved parties, and the criminal circumstances.

 

The Navigators

Wanna hear a group of Columbus executives and professionals – including a tax attorney and an optometrist – play a little bit of everything from the past five decades of American music? Then come to the Commons for a free concert, presented by Hertz Investment Group. The Navigators is a 13-piece local band who happens to have played with the likes of Jimmy Buffet and Jefferson Airplane.
