It’s no secret - the Columbus crowd loves to eat. We’re so good at it, in fact, that many dining outlets use us a test market. Our taste buds are important! And they deserve to be treated well. We found out a few places that have added some new options so make sure to stop by and to test them out.
- Throughout the summer months, stop by The Patio at Ohio Statehouse for a Sweet Treats Pop Up Series. Graze Seasonal Market will collaborate with local vendors to offer unique seasonal treats on their full-service patio. You’ll find treats from some of Columbus’ most popular up-and-coming cool treat concepts. Cool. Graze operates the patio Monday-Friday beginning at 11:30 a.m.
- Hills Market Downtown knows that Fridays call for special fare. Stop by $15 Fridays each week in June to celebrate summer with picnic fare paired with summery white wines, red wines and beer. For just $15, you get to 10 samples of beer and wine, plus plenty to munch on. You must nab your tickets ahead of times, or the price goes up to $20 at the door.
- Pure Pressed is the place to go for delicious, nutritious juices and cleanses. But if you are looking for something with more substance (that maybe even requires a little chewing) they have a new grab-n-go menu with salads, sandwiches, smoothies (no chewing needed) and more. And if you want, they are more than happy to give you a sample to try.
- Looking for a new spot to nab a breakfast treat? Elia Athenian Grill is now serving breakfast, daily from 7:30 - 10:30 a.m. The menu offers some delicious options from a yogurt parfait to a breakfast pita to loukoumadas, which are Greek street food donuts. Yes, please.
