Are you curious about urban living? Have a urge to poke your nose into some of those hip, new residences popping up downtown? This Sunday is the inaugural Urban Living Tour, the perfect way to take a peek without trespassing.
On Sunday, July 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Urban Living Tour will include stops at over a dozen apartment, condo and mixed-use residential buildings, as well as several urban lifestyle locations. Some units will be complete and fully furnished, while other will still be under construction. Sounds like a fantastic HGTV show, only live and in person.
Residential stops include: Grant Commons, The Julian, The Normandy at Neighborhood Launch, The Dennison, Crawford Hoying, Flats on Vine, Flats II, The Keystone at Grandview Yard, Highpoint on Columbus Commons, JDS Companies, Yankee Lofts, 8 on the Square, Atrium Lofts and 199 South Fifth. Columbus Underground, organizer of the event, has added a unique component to the tour - the opportunity to visit spost that reflect the lifestyle choices of urban-dwellers. Lifestyle stops include Denmark on High, The Hills Market Downtown, the Art of Yoga Downtown studio, Global Gifts in the Short North, Cup O Joe on The Cap, The Market Italian Village, Goodale Pro Hardware, The Athletic Club of Columbus and DMG Concierge (virtual tour stop at Cup O Joe).
