Shopping, dining and entertainment: the fun trifecta. This weekend, you can find it all downtown during Experience Columbus Days and the newly extended Gay Street Moonlight Market.
Back when the leaves were just beginning to turn green, we told you about the Gay Street Moonlight Market, an evening street market lighting up the night on Gay Street. This chance to shop, dine and drink amid both brick and mortar businesses and a wide array of sidewalk vendors has been such a hit, the Gay Street Collaborative has extended the market's run through December. So come visit the Moonlight Market this Saturday, October 12 from 6 - 11 p.m. and mark your calendars for the final two 2013 market nights - November 9 and December 14.
And once a year, our fair city celebrates the holiday that shares our name with Experience Columbus Days. Held each Columbus Day weekend, this outstanding event offers Columbusites the chance to see, as their tag line says, "a one-of-a-kind city at one-of-a-kind prices." Taking in your favorite restaurants and local attractions is easy. Just visit the Experience Columbus Days website, download the flyer and take 50 percent off your favorite attractions and 25 percent off participating Dine Originals restaurants. Eat, drink and be merry.
