Have you heard the buzz about the Harmony Project - concerts, flash mobs, taking the stage with Whoopi? Bottom line, Harmony Project is 200 voices transforming the community through song and service.

The upcoming 200 Voices of Hope concert at Great Southern is sold out both nights, but we landed a pair of tickets for the Thursday, December 20 performance. One of our readers is going to be inspired by the experience, and it could be you.

Harmony Project members are as diverse as all the peeps in Cbus, and the sound that comes from the collective is unbelievable. Did you know they don't even hold auditions? They come together, work hard, blast apart walls and build bridges. The end result is a professional performance that fills the audience with inspiration.

But the best part is the music is the medium for something so much more.

Sing. Serve. Share.

In between concerts and rehearsals, Harmony Project helps build houses, paint murals in Franklinton, and help out at food banks, homeless shelters and inner-city neighborhoods and schools.

It's good stuff, so Like Downtown Columbus on Facebook, and we'll select someone to see 200 Voices of Hope at the Great Southern Theatre on Thursday, December 20. It will be amazing.
