It's hard to categorize SuperChef's Breakfast & More with menu items like the upside down Caesar salad; candied bacon, egg and cheese sandwich; the roasted red pepper grits; or the flatbread pizza with smoked salmon.
"I can honestly say life experiences are the inspiration for our menu. We have been blessed with the luxuries of traveling all of the U.S. and abroad allowing us to expand our palates and pull from different regions to present a vibrant and creative menu," said owner Ryan Bryson. "It's great because people get stumped when they try to categorize us. We're just US, and people and expect creativity, five-star presentation at affordable prices."
Originally from good old Cbus, Ryan Bryson met his future business partner Darnell Ferguson in sixth grade. Darnell's passion in the kitchen eventually landed him in culinary school at Sullivan University in Louisville, KY while Ryan completed both law and business management degrees from the University of Findlay.
The two men opened their first restaurant in Louisville, but coming back home to Columbus was always part of the plan. Ryan and Darnell connected with their third partner, James Dawson, and now the trio plans to grow SuperChef's Breakfast & More to become a household name in the Midwest.
