Things have been toasty in Cbus all summer long, but get ready for them to get sizzlin’ hot and super cool at the same time. It's time for hot ribs and cool jazz at the Jazz & Rib Fest, this weekend in the Arena District.

You’ll find the best in regional and international jazz artists performing on stages in McFerson Commons and North Bank Park, while the Jazz Café at North Bank Pavilion will feature local artists.

And when your stomach starts to rumble, head over to Spring and Long streets to grab delicious ribs from award-winning experts representing 10 states and Canada. You know they’ll be grilling up their best, with the chance to win the coveted “Best Ribs” mantle.

The festival runs Friday, July 20, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Saturday, July 21, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; and Sunday, July 22, 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
