After you explore Discovery District neighbors, stop by for a drink at the Grass Skirt. From there, cross the street and bury your toes into the sandy beach volleyball courts. The tropical courts provide low-tech recreational fun as well as competitive league play. You can even reserve Discovery Beach for private parties.

Don’t want the party to end? Good. We’ve got another thing to add to your dance card, and it involves books, movies, post-impressionist art and stargazing. No, it’s not at all exhausting because it’s all gonna happen at Topiary Park. Bring a picnic, spread a blanket and make yourself cozy. Thanks to a partnership with Discovery Special Improvement District, Gateway Film Center and Columbus Metropolitan Library, friends and neighbors will gather for Topiary Theater, which brings book and movie classics to life.
