Downtown LIVE is always the place to be on Thursday nights this summer. This week we will celebrate 200Columbus, the city's bicentennial, in song. Finalists from the Celebrate Columbus in Song CD contest will perform, plus there will be tasty vittles and beverage concessions for a full night of fun.

Head over to the Bicentennial Pavilion at the Columbus Commons on Thursday, July 5 at 6 p.m. to enjoy the free concert. The Mayor will be on hand to introduce the acts, and the bands will perform back-to-back sets playing original songs that capture the spirit of Columbus. A full list of performers is available here. This is a wonderful chance to experience local talent and celebrate our home town.

If your tummy gets rumbly or your tongue parches, never fear. Food trucks and beverage concessions will be on hand. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs, but staking devices and plastic tarps on not allowed.
