You know that Columbus rocks the fashion world, coming in only behind New York City and Los Angeles in the concentration of fashion designers. Maybe it’s no surprise with some of the big retail giants located in CBUS, but now you have the chance to feast your eyes on the up-and-comers of the industry. The CCAD Senior Fashion Show offers the hottest runway ticket in town, and it’s this week. See and be seen, and get the scoop here.



The big event is Friday, May 12. If you’re lucky enough to nab VIP tickets (hurry, quantities are limited), you can sip your cocktails beginning at 7 p.m. at 60 Cleveland Avenue. Then at 8 p.m., the real party starts when the doors open for general admission. CCAD Design Studios on Broad hosts the soiree where you will see the visionary creations from the graduating class of CCAD designers. These students hail from around the world (and even a few from good-old Cbus, but we promise not to call favorites).

And don’t think for a minute that the party ends after the models leave the runway and the designers take their bows. At 9:30 p.m., the Après-Runway Dance Party begins.

So, make your plans now. These graduates promise to show you why Columbus and CCAD is a hotbed for all things fashion.
