Another popular summer event sponsored by Capital Crossroads SID returns this summer, bringing energy and vitality to the hot summer nights. The Downtown LIVE! concert series moved to Columbus Commons last summer. Downtown workers, residents and visitors looking to unwind at the end of a long work day will once again be able to enjoy some hot local tunes and cold frosty drinks.

Downtown LIVE! gets rolling on June 7, offering live music Thursday nights through September 6 (except June 14, June 21, August 9 and August 16). Visitors to the Commons can take in the Downtown Kickball League as well, cheering on the, ahem, athletes in all their glory.

Music, food, drinks, sports and fun. It makes for a good time, urban-style. The bands hit the new Columbus Bicentennial Stage at 6:30 p.m. and will play through 10 p.m. Here is the line-up, so mark your calendars:
