COSI Silk RoadHave you already visited the fantastic new Dinosaur Gallery exhibit at COSI? Either way, get ready for a second COSI partnership with the American Museum of Natural History. Traveling the Silk Road: Ancient Pathway to the Modern World opens March 3. And, old and young alike will love this trip down Silk Road lane.

With this exhibition, you tour what is known as the greatest trade route in history. You and your posse travel down the legendary Silk Road. And, along the way, you explore ancient Asian and Middle Eastern cities, where trade flourished between 600 and 1200 AD. Come to take in the sights, the silks and the stories. The exhibit runs through September 3. So, check it out now and again during the long summer months, when your kids are tired of pool days (hard to imagine during the gray days of February).

Like Dinosaur Gallery, COSI presents this exhibit in partnership with the American Museum of Natural History. In case you haven't had a chance to visit, with Dinosaur Gallery you get up close and personal with these gigantic creatures, including a full-size cast of a T-rex.  And remember, enjoy both exhibits with your COSI membership or general admission.

Imaginate at COSI

Plus, don't miss another great exhibit inspiring kiddos at COSI. Imaginate runs through April 29. The older we get, the more we learn to value collaboration. So, give your kids a head start with this interactive, multi-activity exhibition. The exhibit encourages kids to innovate through collaboration, creativity and risk-taking. Indeed, visitors get to test ideas, to experiment and even to fail. Therefore, it inspires the innovator in you and your kids.

And, with spring days a-coming, remember that COSI sits along the beautiful Scioto Mile. Visit the museum, then head out for a jaunt along the river. You might just end up at Milestone 229 for some delicious lunch and to take in the beautiful view. Explore other hot spots to dine here.
