Who do you think are our biggest downtown champions? Every year Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts honor individuals (and companies) making a big difference in downtown, and it’s time to start thinking about who deserves the kudos. Put your thinking cap on and find out more about each of the categories.



Who out there do you know whose goal it is to make downtown beeeautiful? It doesn’t matter whether it’s on a big or small scale. We’re looking for a person or an organization who has made an outstanding Aesthetic Contribution to our Downtown.

Do you know someone who works tirelessly to make sure that downtown revitalization keeps going at break-neck speed? Well then, nominate them for the Outstanding Service Award.
The Outstanding Achievement Award recognizes a person or company making great things happen – everything from landscape-altering projects to behind-the scenes-projects that make downtown better for everyone.

Do you know someone who totally rocks downtown, but never gets any kudos? We want to know that, too, because we recognize an Unsung Hero with just that in mind. If you know someone doing great things, but you don’t know what category they fit in, tell us anyway. Heck, maybe we need to add a category.
