Great service initially, front desk is very helpful. Those who are working hard are very awesome. However the sales department who take off weekends and quit working after 5.... terrible. Brittany gave us the run around while trying to book an executive room, head of sales was supposed to call never did.... Brittany told us to show up and we will figure it out. I showed up and she is not there and had to have the front desk call her... asked us what we’re willing to pay for the conference room last minute and then proceeded to tell us to that it is non negotiatable. Says she’s been in sales for years but quality, professional salesman don’t take off after 5 & the weekends. They also don’t let rooms go empty when someone is willing to pay $ for it. Even if it is $100 less. Will never book meetings through them because of the incident with Brittany. They said word for word “if you don’t book it, then it will go empty for the day”. Horrible.
