The session will be facilitated by Kim Brazwell\, a trauma-informed social justice consultant with over 15 years in community building and advocacy. \nDate: Saturday\, January 10\, 2026\nTime: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.\nLocation: Fran Ryan Cultural Center\, 865 E. Capital St.in Olde Towne East. Parking available onsite.\nHost: Mothers of Murdered Columbus Children (MoMCC)\, in partnership with GCAC and the City of Columbus \nThis gathering marks the public introduction of the memorial project and the beginning of a broader community dialogue. The morning will include storytelling and reflection from MoMCC members and community partners\, followed by an open-floor reflection circle. \nThe space is intended to support collective sharing around themes of remembrance\, loss\, healing\, and hope. \nAll are welcome — including community members\, families\, civic partners\, artists\, and those who wish to listen and reflect together. \nNo RSVP necessary. We invite you to get dressed up and celebrate the creative spirit of Columbus at our 12th annual Wonderball! \nThe evening will feature a range of performances\, art\, and live music that capture the spirit of creativity at the museum. By attending\, you’re not only joining one of the most anticipated parties of the year\, but you are also supporting the museum’s work to inspire creativity and foster lifelong learning. \nEach year\, we introduce a new element to complement the signature black-and-white theme. Inspired by CMA’s current exhibition\, Artemisia Gentileschi: Naples to Beirut\, this year’s element is Baroque. We invite guests to indulge in an exploration of opulence\, drama\, and daring to be different by adding a touch of gold or any other ornate detail to their ensemble. Lean into Gentileschi’s exploration of gender and power by making a bold statement with your outfit. Blur the lines between gendered clothing and embrace accessories\, like brooches\, pearls\, and other embellishments\, that push boundaries.
