Soar among the clouds with your paintbrush and friends, all while enjoying an adult beverage. This special Paint and Sip event will be led by Kristin Cronic, U.S. Navy Veteran, painting works inspired by the skies and Jon Schueler’s Lost Man Blues exhibition. Ages 18 and older only. The 2024 OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon and Columbus Promise 5K will be held on Saturday, April 27! The “Best Tour Of Columbus On Two Feet” will again feature a distance for everybody: OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon (13.1 miles), OhioHealth Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) and the Columbus Promise 5K (3.1 miles). All races begin and end on S. High Street adjacent to the John F. Wolfe Columbus Commons in downtown Columbus.

Food Truck Food Court is back in Downtown Columbus! Every Thursday from 11 am – 2 pm, Columbus Commons will be hosting local food trucks serving up all your favorites, from pizza to hibachi. Nine trucks will be featured throughout the season including Elevated Pizza, Fetty’s Street Food, McGinnis Grill, Pitabilities, Schmidt’s, Taesty’s and Zaki Grill, with two rotating trucks each month. Blockfort will once again host Alley Islands, a community street festival, in partnership with the Discovery District Civic Association on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Dozens of bands and vendors, along with local breweries and food trucks will take over the alleys around Blockfort for a day of entertainment and fun.
