Capital Crossroads SID and Discovery SID On-Line Service Request Form
Downtown Columbus is comprised of two special improvement districts (SIDs), Capital Crossroads SID and Discovery SID. In Capital Crossroads’ District, ambassadors provide supplemental cleaning and safety services in the public right-of-way. In the Discovery District, ambassadors provide safety services in the public right-of-way. Property owners, managers, tenants, employees, and visitors are welcome to request services by completing this request form or by calling our customer service hotline number at 228-5718.
Capital Crossroads SID’s hours of operation are: 5:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Discovery SID’s hours of operation are: 6:30 a.m. – 2 a.m., Monday – Friday and from 8 a.m. – 2 a.m. on Saturday.
